Tansy is a lover of all lore and folk horror. She is a storyteller, a live roleplayer, a make up artist and actor in independent horror films.

By day she is a teacher of children with autism, a queer and trans ally and an artist and illustrator.

It is possible that she is in fact a flock of magpies in a trench coat, collecting jobs, hobbies, interests, shiny rocks and craft supplies with enthusiasm and wild abandon.

Living with Death and Shadows is her debut novel exploring themes of modern gothic horror, immortality, dark humour, LGBTQIA+ protagonists, outsiders and found family.
